Like a palm tree
It's a good thing to thank the LORD and sing praise to your name, Most High — to declare your faithful love in the morning and your faithfulness every night, On a ten-stringed instrument and on the harp, with a solemn sound on the lyre. Because you've made me glad with what you've done, Lord. I'll shout for joy over the works of your hands. Lord, how great your works are. Your thoughts are very deep. A brutish man does not know, and a fool does not understand this. When the wicked spring up like grass and all the evildoers flourish, it's so they can be destroyed forever. But you, LORD, are Most High forever. Because look — your enemies, Lord, look — your enemies will perish. All the evildoers will be scattered. But you'll lift my horn up like a wild ox's. I'll be anointed with fresh oil. And my eye will see my desire on my enemies. My ears will hear what I want about the evil men who rise up against me. The righteous man will flourish like a palm tree. He'll grow like a cedar in Lebanon. Those planted in the house of the LORD will flourish in the courts of our God. They'll still bear fruit when they're old. They'll be full of sap and green — To declare that the LORD is upright. He is my rock, and there's no crookedness in him.
It's a good thing to thank the Lord and sing praise to your name, Most High — to tell out your faithful love in the morning and your trueness every night, on a ten-stringed instrument and on the harp, with a solemn sound on the lyre. Because you've made me glad with what you've done, Lord. I'll shout out over the works of your hands. Lord, how great your works are. Your thoughts are very deep. A thick man doesn't know, and a fool doesn't understand this. When the wicked come up like grass and all the workers of wrong flower, it's so they can be finished off forever. But you, Lord, are high forever. Because look — the ones against you, Lord, look — the ones against you will be finished. All the workers of wrong will be scattered. But you'll lift my horn up like a wild ox's. I'll be anointed with fresh oil. And my eye will see what I want on the ones watching me. My ears will hear what I want about the evil men who get up against me. The righteous man will flourish like a palm tree. He'll grow like a cedar in Lebanon. The ones planted in the house of the Lord will flourish in the courts of our God. They'll still bear fruit when they're old. They'll be full of sap and green — to tell out that the Lord is straight. He's my rock, and there's no crookedness in him.
IT IS A GOOD THING TO GIVE THANKS UNTO THE LORD, AND TO SING PRAISES UNTO THY NAME, O MOST HIGH: To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night, Upon an instrument of ten strings, and upon the psaltery; upon the harp with a solemn sound. For thou, LORD, hast made me glad through thy work: I will triumph in the works of thy hands. O LORD, how great are thy works! and thy thoughts are very deep. A brutish man knoweth not; neither doth a fool understand this. When the wicked spring as the grass, and when all the workers of iniquity do flourish; it is that they shall be destroyed for ever: But thou, LORD, art most high for evermore. For, lo, thine enemies, O LORD, for, lo, thine enemies shall perish; all the workers of iniquity shall be scattered. But my horn shalt thou exalt like the horn of an unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil. Mine eye also shall see my desire on mine enemies, and mine ears shall hear my desire of the wicked that rise up against me. The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. Those that be planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts of our God. They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing; To shew that the LORD is upright: he is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in him.

It's a good thing to thank the Lord and sing praise to your name, Most High —
IT IS A GOOD THING TO GIVE THANKS UNTO THE LORD, AND TO SING PRAISES UNTO THY NAME, O MOST HIGH:
to declare your faithful love in the morning and your faithfulness every night,
to tell out your faithful love in the morning and your trueness every night,
To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night,
On a ten-stringed instrument and on the harp, with a solemn sound on the lyre.

Lord, how great your works are. Your thoughts are very deep.
O LORD, how great are thy works! and thy thoughts are very deep.
A brutish man does not know, and a fool does not understand this.
A thick man doesn't know, and a fool doesn't understand this.
A brutish man knoweth not; neither doth a fool understand this.
When the wicked spring up like grass and all the evildoers flourish, it's so they can be destroyed forever.
When the wicked come up like grass and all the workers of wrong flower, it's so they can be finished off forever.
When the wicked spring as the grass, and when all the workers of iniquity do flourish; it is that they shall be destroyed for ever:
But you, LORD, are Most High forever.
But you, Lord, are high forever.
But thou, LORD, art most high for evermore.
Because look — your enemies, Lord, look — your enemies will perish. All the evildoers will be scattered.
Because look — the ones against you, Lord, look — the ones against you will be finished. All the workers of wrong will be scattered.
For, lo, thine enemies, O LORD, for, lo, thine enemies shall perish; all the workers of iniquity shall be scattered.
But you'll lift my horn up like a wild ox's. I'll be anointed with fresh oil.
But my horn shalt thou exalt like the horn of an unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil.

The righteous man will flourish like a palm tree. He'll grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
Those planted in the house of the LORD will flourish in the courts of our God.
The ones planted in the house of the Lord will flourish in the courts of our God.
Those that be planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts of our God.
They'll still bear fruit when they're old. They'll be full of sap and green —
They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing;
To declare that the LORD is upright. He is my rock, and there's no crookedness in him.
to tell out that the Lord is straight. He's my rock, and there's no crookedness in him.
To shew that the LORD is upright: he is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in him.
