The man with the skin disease
When he had come down from the mountain, great crowds followed him. And a person with leprosy came and worshipped him, saying, Lord, if you are willing, you can make me clean. And Jesus put out his hand and touched him, saying, I am willing. Be clean. And straight away his leprosy was cleansed. And Jesus said to him, See you tell nobody. But go your way, show yourself to the priest, and offer the gift Moses commanded, as a testimony to them.

The centurion's servant
And when Jesus had come into Capernaum, a centurion came to him, begging him and saying, Lord, my servant is lying at home paralysed, in terrible pain. And Jesus said to him, I will come and heal him. The centurion answered, Lord, I am not worthy that you should come under my roof. But only say the word, and my servant will be healed. Because I am a man under authority myself, with soldiers under me. And I say to this man, Go, and he goes. And to another, Come, and he comes. And to my servant, Do this, and he does it. When Jesus heard it he was amazed, and said to those following him, I tell you the truth, I haven't found faith as great as this anywhere in Israel. And I tell you that many will come from the east and the west and will sit down with Abraham and Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven. But the children of the kingdom will be thrown out into the darkness outside. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth there. And Jesus said to the centurion, Go your way. As you have believed, so let it be done for you. And his servant was healed that same hour.

The cost of following

And when he had got into a boat, his disciples followed him. And a great storm came up on the sea, so that the boat was covered with the waves. But he was asleep. And his disciples came to him and woke him, saying, Lord, save us. We are going under. And he said to them, Why are you afraid, you of little faith? Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm. But the men were amazed, saying, What sort of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him? And when he had come to the other side, into the country of the Gergesenes, two men possessed by demons met him, coming out of the tombs, so fierce that nobody could pass that way. And they cried out, saying, What have we got to do with you, Jesus, Son of God? Have you come here to torment us before the time? And a good way off from them there was a herd of many pigs feeding. So the demons begged him, saying, If you drive us out, let us go into the herd of pigs. And he said to them, Go. And when they had come out they went into the herd of pigs. And the whole herd rushed down the steep bank into the sea and died in the water. And those who looked after them ran off into the town and told everything, including what had happened to the men possessed by demons. And the whole town came out to meet Jesus. And when they saw him, they begged him to leave their district.

And they cried out, saying, What have we got to do with you, Jesus, Son of God? Have you come here to torment us before the time?

And they that kept them fled, and went their ways into the city, and told every thing, and what was befallen to the possessed of the devils.
And the whole town came out to meet Jesus. And when they saw him, they begged him to leave their district.
And look — the whole town came out to meet Jesus. And when they saw him, they begged him to leave their borders.
And, behold, the whole city came out to meet Jesus: and when they saw him, they besought him that he would depart out of their coasts.
