Not one stone
And as he was going out of the temple, one of his disciples said to him, Master, look at these stones. Look at these buildings. And Jesus answered him, Do you see these great buildings? Not one stone will be left on another that won't be thrown down. And what will be the sign when all these things are about to be fulfilled?

The troubles coming
And Jesus began to say to them, Take care that nobody leads you astray. Because many will come in my name, saying, I am he, and they will lead many astray. And when you hear of wars and rumours of wars, don't be alarmed. These things have to happen, but the end isn't yet. Because nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be earthquakes in various places, and famines and troubles. These are the beginning of the birth pains. But take care of yourselves. They will hand you over to councils, and you will be beaten in the synagogues. And you will be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, as a testimony to them. And the gospel must first be preached to all nations. And when they take you and hand you over, don't worry beforehand about what you will say. Say whatever is given you in that hour. Because it isn't you speaking, but the Holy Spirit. And brother will betray brother to death, and a father his child. And children will rise up against their parents and have them put to death. And you will be hated by everyone because of my name. But the one who endures to the end will be saved. But when you see the disgusting thing that brings desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not — let the reader understand — then let those in Judaea run to the mountains. And let the man on the roof not go down into the house, or go in to take anything out. And let the man in the field not turn back to get his cloak. But how terrible for women who are pregnant, and for those nursing babies, in those days. And pray that it doesn't happen in winter. Because in those days there will be suffering such as there has never been from the beginning of the creation God created until now, and never will be again. And unless the Lord had cut those days short, nobody would be saved. But for the sake of the chosen, whom he chose, he has cut the days short. And then if anyone says to you, Look, here is the Christ, or, Look, there he is — don't believe him. Because false Christs and false prophets will rise up and show signs and wonders, to lead astray, if it were possible, even the chosen. But take care. I have told you everything beforehand.

But trouble is coming to the ones who are pregnant and to the ones who are nursing in those days. And pray that your flight isn't in the winter. Because in those days there'll be trouble like there hasn't been since the start of the creation that God created right to this time, and never will be. And unless the Lord had made those days short, no flesh would be saved. But for the chosen ones' sake, who he's chosen, he's made the days short. And then if any man says to you: Look, here's Christ — or: Look, he's there — don't believe him. Because false Christs and false prophets will get up and will show signs and wonders, to take in, if it were possible, even the chosen ones. But watch yourselves. And the gospel must first be published among all nations. But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost. Now the brother shall betray the brother to death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death. And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains: And let him that is on the housetop not go down into the house, neither enter therein, to take any thing out of his house: And let him that is in the field not turn back again for to take up his garment. But woe to them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! And pray ye that your flight be not in the winter. For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be. And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect’s sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days. And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, he is there; believe him not: For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect. But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things.

Because in those days there'll be trouble like there hasn't been since the start of the creation that God created right to this time, and never will be.
For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be.
And unless the Lord had cut those days short, nobody would be saved. But for the sake of the chosen, whom he chose, he has cut the days short.
And unless the Lord had made those days short, no flesh would be saved. But for the chosen ones' sake, who he's chosen, he's made the days short.
And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect’s sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days.
And then if anyone says to you, Look, here is the Christ, or, Look, there he is — don't believe him.

And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, he is there; believe him not:
Because false Christs and false prophets will rise up and show signs and wonders, to lead astray, if it were possible, even the chosen.

For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.
But take care. I have told you everything beforehand.

But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things.
The Son of Man comes
But in those days, after that suffering, the sun will go dark, and the moon won't give its light. And the stars of heaven will fall, and the powers in the heavens will be shaken. And then they will see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory. And then he will send out the angels and gather his chosen from the four winds, from the furthest part of the earth to the furthest part of heaven. Now learn this from the fig tree. When its branch is already tender and puts out leaves, you know that summer is close. In the same way, when you see these things happening, you know it is close, right at the doors. I tell you the truth, this generation won't pass away until all these things have happened. Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away. But about that day and that hour nobody knows — not the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Take care. Stay awake and pray, because you don't know when the time is. It is like a man going away on a journey, who left his house and gave his servants authority, and each man his work, and told the doorkeeper to keep watch. So keep watch. Because you don't know when the master of the house is coming — in the evening, or at midnight, or when the rooster crows, or in the morning. In case he comes suddenly and finds you asleep. And what I say to you, I say to everyone: Keep watch.

Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning: Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping. And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.
