If you walk in my rules
'Do not make idols for yourselves or set up carved images, standing images or stone images in your land to bow down to them. I am the Lord your God.' 'Keep my sabbaths and reverence my sanctuary. I am the Lord.' 'If you live by my rules, keep my commandments and do them,' 'then I will give you rain in due season. The land will yield its increase and the trees of the field will yield their fruit.' 'Your threshing will last until the grape harvest, and the grape harvest until sowing time. You will eat your bread to the full and live safely in your land.' 'I will give peace in the land. You will lie down with no one making you afraid. I will remove wild beasts from the land, and the sword will not pass through your country.' You will chase your enemies, and they will fall in front of you by the sword. And five of you will chase a hundred, and a hundred of you will put ten thousand to flight. And your enemies will fall in front of you by the sword. 'I will look favourably on you, make you fruitful and multiply you, and establish my covenant with you.' You will eat the old store and bring out the old to make room for the new. 'I will set my tent among you, and my soul will not loathe you.' 'I will walk among you and be your God, and you will be my people.' 'I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt so you would no longer be their slaves. I broke the bars of your yoke and made you walk upright.'
You won't make yourselves idols or a carved image, and you won't set up a standing image, and you won't set up any image of stone in your land to bow down to it. Because I'm the Lord your God. You'll keep my sabbaths and stand in awe of my holy place. I'm the Lord. If you walk in my rules and keep my orders and do them, then I'll give you rain in its season, and the land will give its harvest, and the trees of the field will give their fruit. And your threshing will last to the grape harvest, and the grape harvest will last to the sowing. And you'll eat your bread till you're full and live safely in your land. And I'll give peace in the land, and you'll lie down and nobody will frighten you. And I'll get rid of the bad animals out of the land, and the sword won't go through your land. And you'll chase the ones against you, and they'll fall in front of you by the sword. And five of you will chase a hundred, and a hundred of you will put ten thousand to flight. And the ones against you will fall in front of you by the sword. Because I'll look on you and make you fruitful and make you many, and set up my covenant with you. And you'll eat the old store and bring out the old to make room for the new. And I'll set my tent among you, and my soul won't loathe you. And I'll walk among you and be your God, and you'll be my people. I'm the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, so you wouldn't be their slaves. And I've broken the bars of your yoke and made you go upright.
Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the LORD your God. Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the LORD. If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them; Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit. And your threshing shall reach unto the vintage, and the vintage shall reach unto the sowing time: and ye shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely. And I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid: and I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land. And ye shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword. And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword. For I will have respect unto you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, and establish my covenant with you. And ye shall eat old store, and bring forth the old because of the new. And I will set my tabernacle among you: and my soul shall not abhor you. And I will walk among you, and will be your God, and ye shall be my people. I am the LORD your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that ye should not be their bondmen; and I have broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright.
'Do not make idols for yourselves or set up carved images, standing images or stone images in your land to bow down to them. I am the Lord your God.'
You won't make yourselves idols or a carved image, and you won't set up a standing image, and you won't set up any image of stone in your land to bow down to it. Because I'm the Lord your God.
Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the LORD your God.
'Keep my sabbaths and reverence my sanctuary. I am the Lord.'
You'll keep my sabbaths and stand in awe of my holy place. I'm the Lord.
Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the LORD.
'If you live by my rules, keep my commandments and do them,'
If you walk in my rules and keep my orders and do them,
If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them;
'then I will give you rain in due season. The land will yield its increase and the trees of the field will yield their fruit.'
then I'll give you rain in its season, and the land will give its harvest, and the trees of the field will give their fruit.
Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.
'Your threshing will last until the grape harvest, and the grape harvest until sowing time. You will eat your bread to the full and live safely in your land.'
And your threshing will last to the grape harvest, and the grape harvest will last to the sowing. And you'll eat your bread till you're full and live safely in your land.
And your threshing shall reach unto the vintage, and the vintage shall reach unto the sowing time: and ye shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely.
'I will give peace in the land. You will lie down with no one making you afraid. I will remove wild beasts from the land, and the sword will not pass through your country.'
And I'll give peace in the land, and you'll lie down and nobody will frighten you. And I'll get rid of the bad animals out of the land, and the sword won't go through your land.
And I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid: and I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land.
You will chase your enemies, and they will fall in front of you by the sword.
And you'll chase the ones against you, and they'll fall in front of you by the sword.
And ye shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword.
And five of you will chase a hundred, and a hundred of you will put ten thousand to flight. And your enemies will fall in front of you by the sword.
And five of you will chase a hundred, and a hundred of you will put ten thousand to flight. And the ones against you will fall in front of you by the sword.
And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword.
'I will look favourably on you, make you fruitful and multiply you, and establish my covenant with you.'
Because I'll look on you and make you fruitful and make you many, and set up my covenant with you.
For I will have respect unto you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, and establish my covenant with you.
You will eat the old store and bring out the old to make room for the new.
And you'll eat the old store and bring out the old to make room for the new.
And ye shall eat old store, and bring forth the old because of the new.
'I will set my tent among you, and my soul will not loathe you.'
And I'll set my tent among you, and my soul won't loathe you.
And I will set my tabernacle among you: and my soul shall not abhor you.
'I will walk among you and be your God, and you will be my people.'
And I'll walk among you and be your God, and you'll be my people.
And I will walk among you, and will be your God, and ye shall be my people.
'I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt so you would no longer be their slaves. I broke the bars of your yoke and made you walk upright.'
I'm the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, so you wouldn't be their slaves. And I've broken the bars of your yoke and made you go upright.
I am the LORD your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that ye should not be their bondmen; and I have broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright.
But if you won't listen
'But if you will not listen to me and will not do all these commandments,' If you sneer at my rules, or if your soul loathes my judgments, so you don't do all my commandments but break my covenant — Then I will do this to you. I will set terror over you, wasting and fever that eat out the eyes and drain the soul. And you will sow your seed for nothing, because your enemies will eat it. And I will turn against you, and you will be struck down in front of your enemies. And those who hate you will rule over you. And you will run when nobody chases you. If for all this you must not listen to me, then I will set you straight seven times more for your sins. And I will break the pride of your power. And I will make your sky like iron and your earth like bronze. And your strength will be spent for nothing. Because your land won't yield its increase, and the trees of the land won't yield their fruit. If you walk against me and won't listen to me, I will bring seven times more blows on you, according to your sins. I will send wild animals among you too, that'll take your children off you and wreck your cattle and make you few. And your highways will be empty. If you must not be set right by me by these things but walk against me, Then I will walk against you too, and I will strike you seven times for your sins. And I will bring a sword on you that'll take up the case of my covenant. And when you're gathered together inside your towns, I will send a plague among you. And you will be handed over into the hand of the enemy. When I've broken your supply of bread, ten women will bake your bread in one oven and give you your bread back by weight. And you will eat and not be full. If for all this you must not listen to me but walk against me, Then I will walk against you in fury too. And I will set you straight seven times for your sins. You will eat the flesh of your sons, and you will eat the flesh of your daughters. And I will wreck your worship shrines and cut down your incense stands, and throw your bodies on the bodies of your idols. And my soul will loathe you. And I will make your towns a waste and lay your sanctuaries waste. And I won't smell the smell of your sweet smells. And I will make the land a waste, so your enemies who live in it will be shocked at it. And I will scatter you among the nations and pull out a sword after you. And your land will be a waste and your towns a waste. Then the land will enjoy its sabbaths, all the days it lies waste while you're in the land of your enemies. Then the land will rest and enjoy its sabbaths. All the days it lies waste it will rest — because it didn't rest in your sabbaths when you lived on it. And on those left of you I will send weakness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies. And the sound of a shaken leaf will chase them. And they will run like men running from a sword, and they will fall when nobody chases them. They will fall over each other, as if in front of a sword, when nobody chases them. And you must not have any strength to stand in front of your enemies. You will be finished among the nations, and the land of your enemies will eat you up. And those left of you will waste away in their wrongdoing in the lands of your enemies. And in the wrongdoing of their fathers with them they will waste away.
But if you won't listen to me and won't do all these orders, and if you sneer at my rules, or if your soul loathes my judgments, so you don't do all my orders but break my covenant — then I'll do this to you. I'll set terror over you, wasting and fever that eat out the eyes and drain the soul. And you'll sow your seed for nothing, because the ones against you will eat it. And I'll set my face against you, and you'll be struck down in front of the ones against you. And the ones who hate you will rule over you. And you'll run when nobody chases you. And if for all this you won't listen to me, then I'll set you straight seven times more for your sins. And I'll break the pride of your power. And I'll make your sky like iron and your earth like bronze. And your strength will be spent for nothing. Because your land won't give its harvest, and the trees of the land won't give their fruit. And I'll make the land a waste, so the ones against you who live in it will be shocked at it. And I'll scatter you among the nations and pull out a sword after you. But if ye will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments; And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that ye break my covenant: I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it. And I will set my face against you, and ye shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and ye shall flee when none pursueth you. And if ye will not yet for all this hearken unto me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins. And I will break the pride of your power; and I will make your heaven as iron, and your earth as brass: And your strength shall be spent in vain: for your land shall not yield her increase, neither shall the trees of the land yield their fruits. And if ye walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me; I will bring seven times more plagues upon you according to your sins. I will also send wild beasts among you, which shall rob you of your children, and destroy your cattle, and make you few in number; and your high ways shall be desolate. And if ye will not be reformed by me by these things, but will walk contrary unto me; Then will I also walk contrary unto you, and will punish you yet seven times for your sins. And I will bring a sword upon you, that shall avenge the quarrel of my covenant: and when ye are gathered together within your cities, I will send the pestilence among you; and ye shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy. And when I have broken the staff of your bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall deliver you your bread again by weight: and ye shall eat, and not be satisfied. And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me; Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins. And ye shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall ye eat. And I will destroy your high places, and cut down your images, and cast your carcases upon the carcases of your idols, and my soul shall abhor you. And I will make your cities waste, and bring your sanctuaries unto desolation, and I will not smell the savour of your sweet odours. And I will bring the land into desolation: and your enemies which dwell therein shall be astonished at it. And I will scatter you among the heathen, and will draw out a sword after you: and your land shall be desolate, and your cities waste. Then shall the land enjoy her sabbaths, as long as it lieth desolate, and ye be in your enemies’ land; even then shall the land rest, and enjoy her sabbaths. As long as it lieth desolate it shall rest; because it did not rest in your sabbaths, when ye dwelt upon it. And upon them that are left alive of you I will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies; and the sound of a shaken leaf shall chase them; and they shall flee, as fleeing from a sword; and they shall fall when none pursueth. And they shall fall one upon another, as it were before a sword, when none pursueth: and ye shall have no power to stand before your enemies. And ye shall perish among the heathen, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up. And they that are left of you shall pine away in their iniquity in your enemies’ lands; and also in the iniquities of their fathers shall they pine away with them.

And I'll scatter you among the nations and pull out a sword after you. And your land will be a waste and your towns a waste.
And I will scatter you among the heathen, and will draw out a sword after you: and your land shall be desolate, and your cities waste.
Then the land will enjoy its sabbaths, all the days it lies waste while you're in the land of your enemies. Then the land will rest and enjoy its sabbaths.
Then the land will enjoy its sabbaths, all the days it lies waste while you're in the land of the ones against you. Then the land will rest and enjoy its sabbaths.
Then shall the land enjoy her sabbaths, as long as it lieth desolate, and ye be in your enemies’ land; even then shall the land rest, and enjoy her sabbaths.
All the days it lies waste it will rest — because it didn't rest in your sabbaths when you lived on it.
All the days it lies waste it'll rest — because it didn't rest in your sabbaths when you lived on it.
As long as it lieth desolate it shall rest; because it did not rest in your sabbaths, when ye dwelt upon it.
And on those left of you I will send weakness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies. And the sound of a shaken leaf will chase them. And they will run like men running from a sword, and they will fall when nobody chases them.
And on the ones left of you I'll send weakness into their hearts in the lands of the ones against them. And the sound of a shaken leaf will chase them. And they'll run like men running from a sword, and they'll fall when nobody chases them.
And upon them that are left alive of you I will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies; and the sound of a shaken leaf shall chase them; and they shall flee, as fleeing from a sword; and they shall fall when none pursueth.
They will fall over each other, as if in front of a sword, when nobody chases them. And you must not have any strength to stand in front of your enemies.
And they'll fall over each other, as if in front of a sword, when nobody chases them. And you won't have any strength to stand in front of the ones against you.
And they shall fall one upon another, as it were before a sword, when none pursueth: and ye shall have no power to stand before your enemies.
You will be finished among the nations, and the land of your enemies will eat you up.
And you'll be finished among the nations, and the land of the ones against you will eat you up.
And ye shall perish among the heathen, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up.
And those left of you will waste away in their wrongdoing in the lands of your enemies. And in the wrongdoing of their fathers with them they will waste away.
And the ones left of you will waste away in their wrongdoing in the lands of the ones against you. And in the wrongdoing of their fathers with them they'll waste away.
And they that are left of you shall pine away in their iniquity in your enemies’ lands; and also in the iniquities of their fathers shall they pine away with them.
Then I'll remember my covenant
‘If they confess their wrongdoing and the wrongdoing of their fathers, admitting how they were unfaithful to me and walked contrary to me,’ And that I've walked against them and brought them into the land of their enemies — if then their uncircumcised heart is brought low and they take the punishment of their wrongdoing, 'then I will remember my covenant with Jacob, my covenant with Isaac and my covenant with Abraham, and I will remember the land.' The land will be left by them too and will enjoy its sabbaths while it lies waste without them. And they will take the punishment of their wrongdoing — because they sneered at my judgments and because their soul loathed my rules. But even so, when they're in the land of their enemies, I won't throw them off or loathe them so as to wreck them completely and break my covenant with them. I am the Lord their God. 'For their sake I will remember the covenant with their ancestors, whom I brought out of Egypt in full view of the nations, so that I might be their God. I am the Lord.' These are the rules and judgments and teachings the Lord made between himself and the Israelites on Mount Sinai through Moses.
If they own up to their wrongdoing and the wrongdoing of their fathers, with the faith they broke against me, and that they've walked against me too — and that I've walked against them and brought them into the land of the ones against them — if then their uncircumcised heart is brought low and they take the punishment of their wrongdoing, then I'll remember my covenant with Jacob, and my covenant with Isaac too, and my covenant with Abraham too. And I'll remember the land. The land will be left by them too and will enjoy its sabbaths while it lies waste without them. And they'll take the punishment of their wrongdoing — because they sneered at my judgments and because their soul loathed my rules. But even so, when they're in the land of the ones against them, I won't throw them off or loathe them so as to wreck them completely and break my covenant with them. Because I'm the Lord their God. But for their sakes I'll remember the covenant with their forefathers, that I brought out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the nations, to be their God. I'm the Lord. These are the rules and judgments and teachings the Lord made between himself and the people of Israel on Mount Sinai through Moses.
If they shall confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their fathers, with their trespass which they trespassed against me, and that also they have walked contrary unto me; And that I also have walked contrary unto them, and have brought them into the land of their enemies; if then their uncircumcised hearts be humbled, and they then accept of the punishment of their iniquity: Then will I remember my covenant with Jacob, and also my covenant with Isaac, and also my covenant with Abraham will I remember; and I will remember the land. The land also shall be left of them, and shall enjoy her sabbaths, while she lieth desolate without them: and they shall accept of the punishment of their iniquity: because, even because they despised my judgments, and because their soul abhorred my statutes. And yet for all that, when they be in the land of their enemies, I will not cast them away, neither will I abhor them, to destroy them utterly, and to break my covenant with them: for I am the LORD their God. But I will for their sakes remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the heathen, that I might be their God: I am the LORD. These are the statutes and judgments and laws, which the LORD made between him and the children of Israel in mount Sinai by the hand of Moses.
‘If they confess their wrongdoing and the wrongdoing of their fathers, admitting how they were unfaithful to me and walked contrary to me,’
If they own up to their wrongdoing and the wrongdoing of their fathers, with the faith they broke against me, and that they've walked against me too —
If they shall confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their fathers, with their trespass which they trespassed against me, and that also they have walked contrary unto me;
And that I've walked against them and brought them into the land of their enemies — if then their uncircumcised heart is brought low and they take the punishment of their wrongdoing,
and that I've walked against them and brought them into the land of the ones against them — if then their uncircumcised heart is brought low and they take the punishment of their wrongdoing,
And that I also have walked contrary unto them, and have brought them into the land of their enemies; if then their uncircumcised hearts be humbled, and they then accept of the punishment of their iniquity:
'then I will remember my covenant with Jacob, my covenant with Isaac and my covenant with Abraham, and I will remember the land.'
then I'll remember my covenant with Jacob, and my covenant with Isaac too, and my covenant with Abraham too. And I'll remember the land.
Then will I remember my covenant with Jacob, and also my covenant with Isaac, and also my covenant with Abraham will I remember; and I will remember the land.
The land will be left by them too and will enjoy its sabbaths while it lies waste without them. And they will take the punishment of their wrongdoing — because they sneered at my judgments and because their soul loathed my rules.
The land will be left by them too and will enjoy its sabbaths while it lies waste without them. And they'll take the punishment of their wrongdoing — because they sneered at my judgments and because their soul loathed my rules.
The land also shall be left of them, and shall enjoy her sabbaths, while she lieth desolate without them: and they shall accept of the punishment of their iniquity: because, even because they despised my judgments, and because their soul abhorred my statutes.
But even so, when they're in the land of their enemies, I won't throw them off or loathe them so as to wreck them completely and break my covenant with them. I am the Lord their God.
But even so, when they're in the land of the ones against them, I won't throw them off or loathe them so as to wreck them completely and break my covenant with them. Because I'm the Lord their God.
And yet for all that, when they be in the land of their enemies, I will not cast them away, neither will I abhor them, to destroy them utterly, and to break my covenant with them: for I am the LORD their God.
'For their sake I will remember the covenant with their ancestors, whom I brought out of Egypt in full view of the nations, so that I might be their God. I am the Lord.'
But for their sakes I'll remember the covenant with their forefathers, that I brought out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the nations, to be their God. I'm the Lord.
But I will for their sakes remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the heathen, that I might be their God: I am the LORD.
