Set your mind above
So then, if you have been raised with Christ, set your sights on the things above, where Christ is seated at God's right hand. Keep your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. Because you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, appears, then you also will appear with him in glory. So put to death whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desire, and greed, which is idolatry. Because of these things the anger of God comes on the children of disobedience. You used to walk that way yourselves, back when you lived in them. But now you are to be rid of the lot: anger, rage, malice, slander, and filthy talk out of your mouth. Don't lie to one another, since you have taken off the old self with its practices and put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge after the image of its Creator. Here there is no Greek or Jew, circumcised or uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave or free. Christ is everything, and in everything.
So if you're risen with Christ, look for the things above, where Christ sits on the right hand of God. Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. Because you're dead, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, shows himself, then you'll show yourselves with him in glory too. So put to death your parts that are on the earth — sexual sin, uncleanness, wrong feelings, evil wanting and greed, which is idol worship. For these things the anger of God comes on the children of disobedience. You walked in them some time too, when you lived in them. But now you put off all these too — anger, rage, badness, evil speaking, filthy talk out of your mouth. Don't lie to each other, seeing you've put off the old man with his deeds. And have put on the new man, who's made new in knowledge after the image of the one who created him. Where there isn't Greek or Jew, circumcision or uncircumcision, foreigner, Scythian, bond or free. But Christ is everything and in everything.
If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory. Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry: For which things’ sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience: In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them. But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth. Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds; And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him: Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all.

So if you're risen with Christ, look for the things above, where Christ sits on the right hand of God.

For which things’ sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:

Don't lie to one another, since you have taken off the old self with its practices
Don't lie to each other, seeing you've put off the old man with his deeds.
Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds;
and put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge after the image of its Creator.
And have put on the new man, who's made new in knowledge after the image of the one who created him.
And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:

Put on love
So as God's chosen ones, holy and dearly loved, put on a heart of mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Put up with one another and forgive one another if anyone has a complaint against someone else. Even as Christ forgave you, so you do the same. And over all these, put on love, which ties them all together perfectly. And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, since you were called to it in one body. And be thankful. Let the word of Christ live in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and pulling each other up with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. And whatever you do, in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
So put on, as the chosen of God, holy and beloved, tender mercies, kindness, lowliness of mind, meekness, long-suffering. Putting up with each other and forgiving each other, if any man has a quarrel against any. The way Christ forgave you, that's what you do too. And above all these things put on love, which is the bond of being complete. And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, that you're called to in one body too. And be thankful. Let the word of Christ live in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and warning each other in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. And whatever you do in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.
Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering; Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye. And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness. And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.

At home
Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands, as is fitting in the Lord. Husbands, love your wives, and don't be bitter against them. Children, do as your parents say in everything, because this pleases the Lord. Fathers, don't provoke your children to anger, or they will lose heart. Servants, obey your earthly masters in everything — not just when they are watching, to get on their good side, but with a straight heart, fearing God. And whatever you do, put your whole self into it, as working for the Lord and not for men, knowing that you will get your inheritance from the Lord as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ. And whoever does wrong will be paid back for the wrong he has done, and there is no playing favourites.
Wives, put yourselves under your own husbands, as is fitting in the Lord. Husbands, love your wives and don't be bitter against them. Children, obey your parents in everything. Because this is well pleasing to the Lord. Fathers, don't stir up your children to anger, in case they get discouraged. Servants, obey in everything the ones who are your masters according to the flesh — not with eye service as men pleasers, but in singleness of heart, fearing God. And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men. Knowing that of the Lord you'll get the reward of the inheritance. Because you serve the Lord Christ. But the one who does wrong will get for the wrong he's done. And there's no taking of sides.

But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons.
