Bildad's first answer
Then Bildad the Shuhite answered: "How long are you going to talk like this? Your words are a raging wind. Does God twist judgment? Does the Almighty twist what is right? If your children sinned against him, he has cast them away for their wrongdoing. If you would seek God early and plead with the Almighty, If you were pure and upright, surely by now he would have risen up for you and made your home prosper. Though your beginning was small, your latter end would greatly increase. Ask, I beg you, about former generations, and prepare yourself to search what their fathers discovered. We are only of yesterday and know nothing, because our days on earth are a shadow. Won't they teach you and tell you, bringing words out of their heart? Can papyrus grow without mire? Can reeds grow without water? While it is still green and uncut, it withers before any other herb. So are the paths of all who forget God, and the hypocrite's hope will perish. His hope will be cut off, and the thing he trusts in will be a spider's web. He will lean upon his house, but it will not stand; he will hold it fast, but it will not endure. He is green before the sun, and his branch shoots forth in his garden. His roots are wrapped around the heap and take hold among the stones. If he is destroyed from his place, then it will deny him, saying, 'I have not seen you.' This is the joy of his way, and others will spring up from the earth after him. God will not cast away a blameless man, nor will he strengthen the hands of evildoers. He can still fill your mouth with laughter and your lips with rejoicing. Those who hate you will be clothed with shame, and the dwelling place of the wicked will come to nothing."
Then Bildad the Shuhite answered: How long will you speak these things? And how long will the words of your mouth be like a strong wind? Does God twist judgment? Or does the Almighty twist what's right? If your children have sinned against him, and he's sent them off for what they did wrong — if you'd look for God early and plead with the Almighty, if you were pure and straight, then he'd wake up for you now and make the home of your righteousness do well. Though your start was small, still your end would grow very great. Ask the generations before, please, and get yourself ready to search out what their fathers found. Though thy beginning was small, yet thy latter end should greatly increase. If you would seek God early and plead with the Almighty,

That's how it goes for everyone who forgets God. And the hope of the godless man will be lost.

Look — that's the joy of his way. And others will grow up out of the earth.
Behold, this is the joy of his way, and out of the earth shall others grow.
God will not cast away a blameless man, nor will he strengthen the hands of evildoers.
Look — God won't throw off a whole man, and he won't help the ones who do evil.
Behold, God will not cast away a perfect man, neither will he help the evil doers:
He can still fill your mouth with laughter and your lips with rejoicing.
Till he fills your mouth with laughing and your lips with shouting.
Till he fill thy mouth with laughing, and thy lips with rejoicing.
Those who hate you will be clothed with shame, and the dwelling place of the wicked will come to nothing."
The ones who hate you will be dressed in shame, and the home of the wicked will come to nothing.
