The temple measured
Then he brought me to the temple and measured the posts, six cubits wide on this side and six cubits wide on that side, which was the width of the tent. And the width of the entrance was ten cubits, and the sides of the entrance were five cubits on this side and five cubits on that side. And he measured its length, forty cubits, and its width, twenty cubits. Then he went inside and measured the post of the entrance, two cubits, and the entrance six cubits, and the width of the entrance seven cubits. So he measured its length, twenty cubits, and its width, twenty cubits, before the temple. And he said to me: This is the most holy place. Then he measured the wall of the house, six cubits, and the width of every side room four cubits, right round the house on every side. And the side rooms were three, one over another, and thirty in a row. And they went into the wall of the house for the side rooms all round, so they'd be held up but not fastened into the wall of the house. The side chambers widened as they went upward, winding around the house. The breadth of the house increased upward, and one went from the lowest chamber to the highest through the middle one. I saw the height of the house all round too. The foundations of the side rooms were a full reed of six long cubits. The thickness of the outer wall of the side room was five cubits, and the space left was the place of the side rooms inside. And between the rooms was a width of twenty cubits round the house on every side. And the doors of the side rooms were towards the open space, one door north and one door south. And the width of the open space was five cubits all round. And the building before the separate place at the west end was seventy cubits wide. And the wall of the building was five cubits thick all round, and its length ninety cubits. So he measured the house, a hundred cubits long. And the separate place and the building with its walls were a hundred cubits long. And the width of the front of the house and the separate place towards the east was a hundred cubits. And he measured the length of the building before the separate place behind it, with its galleries on this side and that side, a hundred cubits — with the inner temple and the porches of the court,

And between the chambers was the wideness of twenty cubits round about the house on every side. And the doors of the side chambers were toward the place that was left, one door toward the north, and another door toward the south: and the breadth of the place that was left was five cubits round about.
