Esther pleads again
That same day King Ahasuerus gave Queen Esther the estate of Haman, the enemy of the Jews. And Mordecai came before the king, because Esther had told him what Mordecai was to her. Because how can I bear to see the disaster coming on my people? How can I bear to see my own family destroyed?
